The AEDS is the re-engineered procedure for exports automated document processing of Export Declaration (ED) using an integrated electronic document called "Single Administrative Document". The BOC Boatnote, PEZA Tally Sheet, the Authority to Load and the ED are combined into this one document.

Automated Import Permit
The Auto IP is an online application and approval of Import Permits issued by the Philippine Economic Zone Authority. Locators submit an approved database of their importables, which is then used by the system to generate the approval. Import Permits are paid on-line through the e-payment gateway developed with the banks.
